Super Duper Italian Sub…Hoagie!!

Serves 2

1 12’’ Hoagie

  • 1/4 Cup Moni’s Famous House or Light
  • 3-4 Crisp Lettuce Leaves
  • 2 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
  • 12’’ Hoagie or Your Liking of Bread
  • 4 Slices of Cold Cut Ham
  • 4 Slices of Cold Cut Salami
  • 4 Slices of Provolone CheesePrep: 5 Minutes
    Cook: 3 Minutes if you Prefer ToastedSlice your bread down the middle like you would a sub or hero sandwich. If you prefer a skinny sandwich, pull out some of the extra bread inside.
    Evenly apply your mayonnaise on to both sides of the hoagie.
    Slice your cold cut meat as you prefer your thickness and place 4 pieces of each evenly down the center. Place the cheese on top as you did the cold cuts. We recommend putting Moni’s Famous House or Light onto the sandwich last so it doesn’t make your mouth-watering hoagie sawgi. Lift up one side of the cold cut and evenly apply Moni’s Famous House or Light to one side, repeat on other side of sandwich.
    If you prefer a warm toasted hoagie we recommend placing it in the oven at around 400 degrees for about 4 minutes or until desired crisp of bread is attained.
    Now place your fresh Ripe Tomatoes just like the meats and cheeses and apply your lettuce as desired. We recommend taking a knife and placing it parallel to the center of the sandwich and folding a crease so your ingredients do not fall out. Cut sandwich in half if you want to share!

Toasted Ham & Cheese Melt

Ingredients:

1 Organic Country Italian Bread , sliced
1 lb Boar’s Head Deluxe Sliced Ham, sliced
½ lb Boar’s Head Provolone, sliced
1/2 cup Moni’s Light or House Tomato Vinaigrette

 

Directions:

Spread 2 tbsp Moni’s Dressing on 2 slices of bread.  Add 2 slices of ham and cheese.  Place in a dry skillet or George Foreman grill and toast on both sides.
